Before we start pointing fingers to individuals running this show we must realize that all we are shown is in shadows and covered with smoke of a huge deception. We can find out about complicity of these people, but putting their organization on paper is guesswork and approximation at best. Some have combined the pieces of the deception better than the others, but may have overlooked some details. Even the Jews are not as homogeneous as we might think when it comes to their place in the hierarchy, starting from division into the seed of Jacob vs. Esau and introduction of the Ashkenazim later on.
