I bet this chicklet is "wakandan"  12yrs old committing numerous FELONIES with absolutely no consequences, a fkn ankle monitor, why do they handle these creatures with kid gloves,they are allowed to rape and pillage at will in our once civil society why why why can anyone please give me a reason why decent folks allow this primitive uncivilized behavior.
