Tarply is very intelligent, go back and look at what he was saying years ago and you'll see that he's a very good analyst.  Remember he is a PHD historian and normally doesn't make himself easy to understand. What you hear him saying in his interviews specifically with George Noory a few days ago is honestly what you'd hear behind closed doors at high level globalist meetings and intelligence briefings, very technical, dry and requiring a large chunk of base knowledge to fully understand.
