Something got me out of bed this morning like a shot. I grabbed my coffee and went into the computer den scanning what's new and I see Former Vice President Dick Cheney is out and about. "Almost as popular as Rush Limbaugh" . . I thought about why he isn't in jail for a moment and remembered . .
