1st Amendment to the US Constitution - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. note - the Right of the People Peaceably to Assemble!

 

What all those brave human souls down on the pavement we call Wall Street are doing is clearly exercising their First Amendment Rights. Any forcible attempt by police to disrupt the constitutional right of the people to peaceful assembly should immediately be recognized as an unconstitutional act by our government.

 

To All United States of America Citizens - the law of the land is The Constitution of United States of America... not the president nor congress.

 

Our government officials have been elected to uphold the principals of The Constitution of The United States of America not to violate and ignore the written word on which our country was founded.

 

I offer that the government’s arrest of any citizen for exercising their constitutionally guaranteed freedom is tantamount to an act of treason by the government.

I offer Jefferson's Words (taken directly from The Declaration of Independence) - "But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is THEIR RIGHT, it is THEIR DUTY, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security."
