How to organize....
How does one organize an attack? Military tactics are all well and good and online manuals about such procedures abound. They don't mean much if the "troops" aren't trained to at least obey the leader (reasonably) without question and actually show up to the firefight "dressed and ready to go" at the tight time.
Twitter? Facebook? Situations change but a well-planned "call to arms" via social media when done correctly can be invaluable on the 21st Century battlefield. The message needs to be pre-arranged and vague enough to keep from being "decoded" in time to do the opposing force any good. As an example, everyone knew and pre-arranged the meaning of "one if by land, two if by sea"
How else might a force be organized? At the outset, military training and quality weapons will not be available. That said, there is the story that in WWII half a dozen Jews and Poles scared the piss out of sub-machine gun toting Nazis with a half-dozen pistols, courage, timing, and surprise......

Yep. And the uprising in Poland was the Warsaw Ghetto uprising. Only one in ten had a firearm. They actually used the boy scouts and girls scouts to pass information to the AK resistance fighters. Probably the most heroic story from that uprising that I recall, was a group of girl scouts that firebombed German tanks with Molotovs! How's THAT for galvanizing!!?
