No, if NYC was all white, then you'd see the exact same results, it would only be 'more obvious' the true root and origin of the violence. Satan hates 'all men'. When it comes to manipulation, betrayal, and murder, he doesn't see 'any' color. He's the one true 'racist' and he hates 1 race, the race of man! Besides that, he's color blind!
