Georgia murder suspect who called 911 to report that McDonald’s served him cold fries is arrested after being chased and tasered by police
Antoine Sims, 24, of Lawrenceville, was arrested by Kennesaw police officers on Friday after he and a McDonald's manager got into an argument over cold fries
Sims claimed he and his fiancée didn't receive a receipt and didn't know when their order was called and by the time they did, it was 'lukewarm'
The manager, who was not named, claimed the food was 'burning his hand' and offered a refund and told them to leave the store
Sims declined the refund and demanded fresh fries, causing both the manager and the suspected criminal to call Kennesaw Police
While police prepared a criminal trespass notice, they asked dispatch to run Sims' name through a database and found he had an arrest warrant out for him
Sims, who was wearing an ankle monitor, is accused of setting a car on fire with a dead woman inside of it in October 2018 during a drug deal gone wrong
