i had to do a system restore--i notice when hitting f8 it takes me to administration option and it wasnt even password protected
on another i got on windows 95 and it seems to work faster with dial up-you need a winsock 2 file
winblows 98, 2000, XP have a loop hole in it that you can get into any passworded user account.....as long as the admin account isn't passworded, and 99% of them are not!!
F8-Safe mode-pick normally invisible "admin" account
when winblows loads into safe mode, go to control panel>user accounts and delete the passwords of the other users, then reboot...it will no longer ask for a password ;)
F8 usually isnt used for System restore, those are usually assigned to F11, F12, F10 sometimes and ESC keys (different manufacturers use diff combo's) F8 is basically used to fix Winblows problems
dont overcharge the battery-i heard theres a device to ensure that and turns it off
