Pregnant Transgender Demands Child is Officially Declared 'Motherless'

The 'man' wants to be identified as the child’s father on birth certificate

the man wants to be identified as the child s father on birth certificate

A transgender man who gave birth to a child is at the epicenter of a landmark trial which is being supervised by the most senior family court judge in England and Wales.

The child's parent was born a woman but now lives like a man after 'transitioning' with the help of surgery.

The 'man,' who wants to be identified as the child’s father or parent on a birth certificate, was told by the registrar that the law requires people who give birth to be registered as mothers.

In response, he has taken legal action against the General Register Office, which registers births and deaths in the UK, for discrimination.

President of the Family Division of the High Court, Sir Andrew McFarlane, is overseeing the high profile case at a trial in London.

McFarlane is investigating legal argument from lawyers who were representing the Transgender, the baby, the head of the General Register Office, Department of Health and Social Care ministers and Home Office ministers.

The baby could be the first person born in the UK who will not legally have a mother if Sir Andrew rules in favor of the man.

The man argues that his human rights have been breached because he has been forced to register as a ‘mother.’

First Transgender Family Reveals Son, 5, is Undergoing Sex Change
Trans couple come under fire after claims their encouraged son to 'transition'
trans couple come under fire after claims their encouraged son to transition

Britain's first two-generational transgender family revealed that their five-year-old son is transitioning into a girl.

Jody and Greg Rogers from Glasgow said they both suffered abuse online and in their hometown following the announcement.

The trans couple said they were 'shunned' by the community after they revealed that their son was to undergo a sex change.

Their son, Jayden Rogers, who was born a boy lives with step-dad Greg, 27, who was born a woman and mum, Jody, 21.

The couple claims they have been reported to social services for child abuse after claims emerged that encourage their son to transition.

Greg Rogers said, “We’ve had people saying we’re using Jayden for attention and that she just wants to be a girl because I changed sex."“It’s ridiculous. Jayden knows nothing about my past. She just knows me as dad.

But their son is allegedly "adamant she is a girl" and enjoys dressing up as Princess Anna from the Disney film, Frozen.

Greg continued: “They say it’s cruel we let her wear a dress but is it not more cruel to do nothing when you’ve got a kid who’s so adamant she’s a girl she’s ripping her hair off and banging her head off the walls?”

But Jayden's mom, Jody, claims they "see Jayden is well looked after and have no concerns." She said: "All we want is Jayden to be happy and proud of who she is, whatever that might be."

Jayden' s appeals to become a girl come following a hearing operation.

After struggling to communicate before the operation there was no mention of transitioning, but after the operation was complete Jayden allegedly told parents she wanted to become a girl.

Greg said: "She developed speech and immediately started saying, 'I hate wearing boys’ clothes and everything about being a boy.'"

"At first, we thought it was probably just a phase, but it’s been consistent ever since. She is adamant she’s a girl."

But following claims the parents encourage their son to have a sex change, Greg said: "We haven’t encouraged Jayden to do this, despite what people think, and we are hurt at the suggestion."

Their son started to wear dresses and painting his nails nearly a year ago.

"Having been through this myself, I have conflicting emotions about her deciding she doesn’t want to be a boy anymore," Greg added.

"It’s not an easy life. People will always judge you, and I don’t think there is a single transgender person on the planet who would push that on a child."

When did it become a "human right" that others must validate one's fantasy?

I hope this was only the pilot episode.....

I have a feeling this soap opera is going to get worse before it gets better. The kids that are currently being destroyed by their parents, uh I mean mom and dad, umm, no not that either. What are we calling them now? Anyway, these screwed up kids are going to have kids someday, maybe.  Fuck it. I want out of here! Warden....!!!

And he was born a girl I have no doubt these abusive freaks would want to "turn" her into a boy.

wow, that just is insane .

TRANSGENDER SPRINTERS WIN STATE CHAMPIONSHIP IN CONNECTICUT FOR 3RD...

For the third year in a row, a pair of transgender sprinters have swept the state championship in Connecticut, beating the biological females by leaps and bounds. There is a reason why we separate men and women in sporting events. Men have higher bone density, larger muscles and higher testosterone levels than their biological female opponents – and transgender women are no different. They have a huge advantage, and real girls just don’t stand a chance. Where are the feminists? Transgenders are stealing opportunities for girls and women and no one seems to care by the girls and their families.

Shockingly, Yearwood argues that although he’s stronger than his female opponents, he claims some girls actually have an advantage over him…really??

“One high jumper could be taller and have longer legs than another, but the other could have perfect form, and then do better,” Yearwood said. “One sprinter could have parents who spend so much money on personal training for their child, which in turn, would cause that child to run faster.”

Another competitor pointed out the fallout from allowing biological males to compete against biological girls is much wider.

Salina Soule, a female competitor said she believes that had the transgender athletes, Miller and Yearwood not competed against the girls, she would be on her way to race in Boston in front of more college coaches, reported the Washington Times.

The Washington Times reported:

Yearwood, a 17-year-old junior at Cromwell High School, is one of two transgender high school sprinters in Connecticut, transitioning to female.

She recently finished second in the 55-meter dash at the state open indoor track championships. The winner, Terry Miller of Bloomfield High, is also transgender and set a girls state indoor record of 6.95 seconds. Yearwood finished in 7.01 seconds and the third-place competitor, who is not transgender, finished in 7.23 seconds.

Miller and Yearwood also topped the 100-meter state championships last year, and Miller won the 300 this season.

“I have learned a lot about myself and about other people through this transition. I always try to focus most on all of the positive encouragement that I have received from family, friends and supporters,” Yearwood said. “I use the negativity to fuel myself to run faster.”

BIOLOGICAL MALE IS TOP-RANKED NCAA WOMEN’S TRACK STAR

9:00 PM 02/25/2019 | US
Peter Hasson | Reporter
  • One of the fastest sprinters in NCAA women’s track is a biological male who identifies as a transgender woman.
  • Franklin Pierce University runner CeCe Telfer competed on the men’s track team in early 2018 before switching to the women’s team.
  • Telfer has dominated the NCAA Division II competition and led the women’s team into the top 25 for the first time ever.

A top-ranked runner in NCAA women’s track is dominating the competition and setting records one year after competing as a man at the same level.

Franklin Pierce University senior CeCe Telfer leads the NCAA’s Division II women’s division in the 55 meter dash and 55 meter hurdle events. Telfer led Franklin Pierce’s women’s track team into the top 25 rankings for the first time in program’s history, local newspaper The Keene Sentinel reported in December. The New Hampshire college is ranked 14th in DII.

“Senior CeCe Telfer (Lebanon, N.H.) won three Northeast-10 Conference titles on Sunday, to lead the Franklin Pierce University women’s track & field team and earn Most Outstanding Track Athlete honors at the NE10 Championships, hosted by American International College, on the campus of Smith College,” reads a Feb. 17 article the school’s athletic department posted.

Telfer broke the conference finals record at the meet and qualified for three different events at March’s NCAA championships, the article noted. (RELATED: Male Runners Dominate Girls’ High School Track, Female Ru...

Telfer previously ran a variety of events for Franklin Pierce’s men’s team, during most of which time he went by the first name Craig, according to school records.

Telfer competed on Franklin Pierce’s men’s team as recently as January 2018, according to published meet results from the Middlebury Winter Classic in Vermont. By that point Telfer had started using the name CeCe, while still competing on the men’s team.

NCAA policy is that male athletes who identify as transgender can compete on women’s teams if they suppress their testosterone levels for a full calendar year. Otherwise, so-called mixed teams — which have both males and females — can compete in the men’s division, but not in the women’s division, according to NCAA rules.

The NCAA in 2011 published an explainer calling it “not well founded” to assume “that being born with a male body automatically gives a transgender woman an unfair advantage when competing against non-transgender women.”

“Transgender women display a great deal of physical variation, just as there is a great deal of natural variation in physical size and ability among non-transgender women and men. Many people may have a stereotype that all transgender women are unusually tall and have large bones and muscles. But that is not true,” the explainer states.

“A male-to-female transgender woman may be small and slight, even if she is not on hormone blockers or taking estrogen. It is important not to overgeneralize. The assumption that all male-bodied people are taller, stronger, and more highly skilled in a sport than all female-bodied people is not accurate,” it continues.

Telfer’s success in the women’s division, which was first highlighted by sports blog Turtleboy Sports, is the latest example of biological males who identify as transgender women piling up victories in women’s sports.

Two biologically male high schoolers in Connecticut, Terry Miller and Andraya Yearwood, are dominating girls’ track in the state. The two teens are among the fastest high school sprinters in the country — though only in the girl’s division.

One of Miller’s and Yearwood’s female competitors, fellow junior Selina Soule, told the Associated Press that it was unfair to force female high schoolers to compete against male athletes.

“We all know the outcome of the race before it even starts; it’s demoralizing,” Soule said. “I fully support and am happy for these athletes for being true to themselves. They should have the right to express themselves in school, but athletics have always had extra rules to keep the competition fair,” she added.

One of the top scorers for Australia’s women’s handball team is Hannah Mouncey, who played for the Australian men’s handball team before transitioning. Mouncey played women’s Australian rules football between transitioning and switching to women’s handball.

Mouncey was banned from the women’s division of the Australian Football League’s women’s division in October 2017 before receiving approval to play  in February 2018.

Mouncey abandoned the sport for women’s handball in September 2018, a month after the football league announced tighter restrictions on testosterone levels.

Rachel McKinnon, a biologically male college professor who identifies as a transgender woman, won a women’s cycling world championship in October. McKinnon won the women’s sprint 35-39 age bracket at the 2018 UCI Masters Track Cycling World Championships in Los Angeles.

McKinnon in January 2018 was quoted in USA Today arguing against requiring biological males to suppress testosterone as a requirement for competing against women.

“We cannot have a woman legally recognized as a trans woman in society, and not be recognized that way in sports,” McKinnon told USA Today. “Focusing on performance advantage is largely irrelevant because this is a rights issue. We shouldn’t be worried about trans people taking over the Olympics. We should be worried about their fairness and human rights instead.”

Democratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar called for an investigation into USA Powerlifting in January after the athletic association announced that male lifters who identify as transgender women aren’t allowed to compete as women.

Omar called it a “myth” that men who identify as transgender women have a “direct competitive advantage” in a Jan. 31 letter she sent to USA Powerlifting on behalf of Jaycee Cooper, a male powerlifter in Omar’s district who identifies as a transgender woman.

Omar copied Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison on the letter, “with a recommendation that he investigate this discriminatory behavior.”

Ellison said his office didn’t have the jurisdiction to investigate USA Powerlifting, but recommended that Cooper “file a complaint with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.”

‘IT’S ABSOLUTELY HUGE’ — BIOLOGICAL MALE DOMINATES WOMEN’S CYCLING COMPETITION

A 36-year-old biological male dominated the women’s division of the El Tour de Tucson last weekend, an annual cycling competition in Arizona that attracts thousands of amateur and professional cyclists.

Jillian Bearden — who identifies as a transgender woman — won the 106-mile race in 4 hours and 36 minutes, the Arizona Daily Star reported.

Bearden finished approximately 25 minutes behind former Mexican Olympian cyclist Hugo Rangel, who took home first place in the men’s division.

“It’s absolutely huge,” Bearden told the Daily Star, referring to his victory. “We’re at a moment of time — especially now — where not only do we have to come out but we have to be positive. We have to come together in solidarity and move this country in a direction that is accepting of all.”

Bearden’s victory is just the latest example of what critics say is an unfair advantage biological men have when competing in women’s athletic events.

In June, Alaskan high school girls felt cheated after teenage male Nattaphon Wangyot took home all-state honors in girls’ track and field. (RELATED: High School Boy Wins All-State Honors In Girls’ Track And...

Wangyot identified as a transgender teenage girl.

“I’m glad that this person is comfortable with who they are and they’re able to be happy in who they are, but I don’t think it’s competitively completely 100-percent fair,” one of Wangyot’s defeated female competitors said at the time.

The International Olympics Committee recently changed its ruled to allow biological men to compete as women without first undergoing a sex-change operation. (RELATED: Report: 2 British Men Competed As Women In Rio Olympics)

No really, that's not my penis, I just have a freakishly huge clitoris with a nutsack!

LOL! Women got their 'equality' alright. I've been listening to some some Swedish streams lately and the women in there are saying they are even willing to give up their voting rights to get the 'old values' and sanity back.
