Well, I guess it was only a matter of time, but the IRS is coming after Claire and I over some back taxes which we simply do not have the money to pay. No doubt they are looking to go after everyone else trying to stop the rush to war with Syria. Our PayPal account has been seized, so don't bother sending in any more donations; send it to RBN.
We have endured this harassment for many years, but I can no longer remain silent, nor should anyone who is dealing with these issues.
In all good conscience, I cannot pay taxes to a government that ignores the will of the people and usurps their wealth to fund wars, bail out bankers, and support foreign governments, while allowing this nation to whither away.
More than that, I have satisfied myself that the 16th Amendment did in fact fail ratification and that the income tax and the Federal reserve are unconstitutional and illegal. In this age of lies about Saddam's nuclear weapons and Assad's chemical weapons, Americans are probably ready to accept that the same government also lied about the 16th Amendment in order to steal their money.
I don't know how this will end. We could wind up homeless, and certainly it may mean the end of whatreallyhappened.com after almost 20 years.
I have been fighting against this government ever since they wrecked my career over the Vince Foster case. It has been very hard through the years and we understood it could likely end very badly.
I did not wish to burden the readers with my personal problems, but the fact is I cannot bring myself to cooperate with this illegitimate government, even if I had the means to do so, and going public seems my only option now

Act pitiful and lay on your back and paw at the air for them while whimpering. If they laugh, they will stop adding on bogus charges and the amount finally affirmed. I tried fake 'uncontrolled sobbing' and Mr. Phillips in Seattle just laughed at me, but HE DID STOP ADDING. Please tell us how it went. Do not slug the fellow. God created vermin, too. They also have their place on this Good Earth. When I figure out what the IRS's divine purpose is, I will be sure to tell everyone immediately. Right now, I can not think of a thing.

Welcome to the club! I run a conservative forum on Delphi, and have for 13 years. IRS sent me a letter stating that I had entered income on the wrong line and owed them $1800 WITH PENALTIES AND INTEREST.I tried to make arrangements to pay it and they informed me that they were "doing more research" and would get back to me in "up to 45 days". After that period expired they informed me that they were "continuing research" into my account and would inform me when they finish.
Thank God I now live in Mexico.

The occasion to pursue a livelihood is secured as a Constitutional Right within the clause of Liberty of the 5th. and 14th Amendments. Such Rights are not suitable objects for revenue taxation.
There is no statutory tax on an individuals pursuit of a livelihood. Income tax indictments cite 7201 to 7215 as the required "known legal duty" that must be alleged for a valid indictment. Those statutes are applied to ALL 70 or so taxes collected by the IRS. They therefore cannot identify a lawful duty for an income tax. All income tax indictments fail the "due process" requirement but be ready for the roof to fall if you claim that in a court. The constitution of "limited government" would be stood on its head. The tax would be an instrument of total oppression.

It is the first time residence ( doctors have a residence not people) and privileges ( priviledges given by the government are not rights and if given can by government can be taken away by goverment) are mentioned in the constitution. It is also when the United States became incorporated and gave theses privileges to corporations and people became PERSONS ...
