Os Fundadores da Nação Brasiliana
O Brasil é um país herdado por uma elite colonizadora que herdou a posse, enquanto os Estados Unidos da América são um país construído por uma elite fundadora que assumiu a posse.
É uma questão de ATITUDE, de encarar os fatos históricos e aceitá-los, agora, e ser capaz de fazer a História, agora.
Podemos começar com um debate sobre um tema que será de vital importância para os ESTADOS UNIDOS DO BRASIL, uma nação baseada no respeito aos DIREITOS INDIVIDUAIS, na PROPRIEDADE PRIVADA e na FAMÍLIA como ente formadora da cultura, língua e história da nação.
TEMA: IMPOSTOS
Os gastos da cidade devem ser pagos com recursos da cidade.
Assim, caberia aos Partidos Políticos oferecer um Plano Pluri-anual, a partir da ação política de seus candidatos, para as eleições do executivo e legislativo. Assim, durante o período da legislatura em curso (4 anos) os candidatos poderiam fazer o levantamento das necessidades e escolher os provedores de solução.
Quando das primárias dos partidos para escolher os candidatos, os PPA seriam apresentados ao público, por cada partido. O povo saberia em qual PPA votar, saberia quanto iria custar e quem faria o trabalho.
Então, não haveria necessidade de haver um orçamento (federativo) para a cidade, pois na eleição já se saberia o quê deveria ser feito, quanto custaria e quem faria o serviço.
Os eleitos teriam de ajustar os PPA de cada partido vitorioso no pleito para servir à cidade da melhor forma possível. E o orçamento da cidade se resumiria ao PPA que cada partido apresentasse nas eleições.
Logo, não haveria necessidade destes impostos e nem a “redistribuição de renda”, pois somente seria gasto o que fosse possível de ser pago.
Assim, para uma Federação verdadeira, não haveria orçamento municipal, estadual ou federal, pois as necessidades teriam sido satisfeitas em cada cidade.
Uma Contribuição Federativa de, por exemplo, 9%, sobre cada negócio, venda ou serviço prestado, poderia constituir o orçamento da cidade, do estado e da federação, e o ESTADO e o GOVERNO deveriam caber dentro dos 3% que cada ente federativo receberia.

Those elected would have to adjust the PPA of each victorious party in the election to serve the city in the best possible way. And the city's budget would be limited to the PPA that each party presented in the elections.
Therefore, there would be no need for these taxes nor the “redistribution of income”, as only what could be paid would be spent.
Thus, for a true Federation, there would be no municipal, state or federal budget, as the needs would have been satisfied in each city.
A Federal Contribution of, for example, 9%, on each business, sale or service provided, could constitute the budget of the city, the state and the federation, and the STATE and the GOVERNMENT should fit within the 3% that each federative entity would receive .
