Surveillance #Drone Spotted Near Chicago - For #NATO Summit
This was filmed in Elgin, Illinois about 40 miles from Chicago. I assume it's for the NATO summit this week as a security measure.

CHICAGO (CBS) — Are surveillance drones flying over Chicago as part of the massive security operation for the NATO Summit?
A video posted on Sunday on You Tube could indicate that’s the case. However, it is unclear whether the video is authentic. Military sources contacted by CBS 2 said they did not recognize the markings on the unidentified object.
The video was apparently taken in northwest suburban Elgin–about 40 miles from the summit site, McCormick Place. It shows an unusual aircraft, which looks very similar to military surveillance drones, flying over an athletic field.
“That’s an odd little plane,” the narrator on the video is heard saying.
Then, the video is frozen and is edited to zoom closer to the unidentified flying object. It is then juxtaposed with a still photo of a drone.
With security tight as Chicago prepares to host scores of world leaders and other dignitaries, the federal government has indicated it is using tools at its disposal to monitor Chicagoland.
The summit begins on Sunday and ends on Monday

For your intimation - I am in Fort Wayne, IN - a man who works for me reported that three of these things flew over his house - they were in the flight path to land at FWA - this was some months ago.

FWA is home to a squad of National Guard Warthogs. But we need to keep in mind the runway at FWA is one of the longest in this part of the country.

This was doing using Apple Motion or Adobe After Effects and motion tracking. Its FAKE, look at the angle of the plane, also ask yourself why would a hi altitude drone be fying UNDER 1,500 ft in the air? Dont be so gullible.

Why fake it - other than that - the ones that flew over my workman's house were only several hundred feet up and going into FWA.

Why fake it? To get a bunch of people to believe it. I faked an image of mexicans protesting with a protest poster that said something about mexicans needing free healthcare, free homes or they would kill police,... it went viral overnight on conservative forums.

I use After Effects on a daily basis, I could create a video like this and put a UFO or Stealth Bomber or a small helicopter drone over an area and make it look real with lens blurs, motion tracking and HD resolution, its quite simple. Just like how I photoshopped the protest picture.I am not saying that the government wont use drones, we know they are want to spy on us, all I am saying is that a Predator ATTACK UAV is not going to be flying over a residential US neighborhood at such a low altitude. They have a whole host of other drones that could accomplish this task.
But hey, if you are gullible enough to think this is real, I have some property on the moon I could sell you to get off the grid if you are interested.

let me see, if and when they get down here in SOUTH FLA. youll know when men are in charge of them, anyone know why? cause there will be times when they will be over the area of nude/topless beaches.....LOL that is how youll know. its all bullshit, nothing more, nothing less. a good start to use the TOYS we now have, put a GPS device under the skin of all politicians, and a camera on zippers of all male politicians! that would be a good start!
