Dianne Feinstein: “If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States, for an outright ban, picking up [every gun]… Mr. and Mrs. America, turn ‘em all in.”
Senator Dianne Feinstein’s ultimate plan has always been to have Mr. and Mrs. America turn in their guns to the government, period. Feinstein has admitted that the bill is about gun confiscation.
She tells us a gun ban is about saving the children and reducing crime, but her comments on 60 Minutes in 1995 reveal her true plan is to disarm the American people.
On Thursday, Feinstein will introduced her dream bill to disarm the American people. The legislation is open-ended and includes provisions to re-register firearms and submit the fingerprints of law-abiding Americans as if they’re sex offenders.
Feinstein’s bill will also include a buy-back provision that will allow the government to confiscate all firearms. Both Feinstein and New York governor Andrew Cuomo have said that is their plan.
It is a gun confiscation bill.
It’s no coincidence that the communist Chinese, the biggest holders of U.S. debt, have demanded the American people be disarmed. It is the simple action of the authoritarian.

James, as I am sure that Bildo is aware, when you apply for benefits like SS you waive your rights to be protected under the second amendment because taking benefits make one a trustee instead of heir. Kidney---Glad you are accessing supremelaw. Lots of good stuff there. And, yes, you're right, I'm aware. It feels good to see you are too.
I'm still trying to work out that "signature card" with my bank. They already have a copy of my UCC-1 so they are aware of my lien against any accounts in the Legal Persons name. I gave a copy to my employer, just in case our court system tried to garnish my wages for unpaid fines, and was pleasantly surprised when they also declared me TAX EXEMPT! That's not what I was going for but I'm not going to argue. Heh, they knew about the UCC-1.
I'm also doing a new signature card that states that I'm signing as Authorized Representative of (doing business as) the ALL CAPS name. Get a really good magnifying glass or an eye-piece and take a look at the signature line on a check. The MP stands for micro print. The line is made up of letters that spell out words.
I am also putting together a letter(NOTICE) for the bank stating that I am using FRN's under duress, and that all "money" coming in to my accounts is to be "Redeemed in Lawful Money per 12USC411".
I also only leave enough in the accounts to keep them open.
The recording of the UCC-1 also enables you to discharge debt according to Public Policy and HJR-192. It serves public notice that you are the Creditor/ Authorized Representative of the legal person, DEBTOR(name in ALL CAPS).
At the end of January I go up against a sniper judge, from another county, that they're bringing in because I already trashed one judge in my county. We're praying for my freedom and knowledge to deal with this. I'm facing 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000.00 in fines. Whatever. I won't get a lawyer, so there's no one to sign me into prison. Plus I've already asked, on the record, for the DA's license to practice law. He doesn't have one.
They're being very careful with me. I think they realize they have no jurisdiction and they're screwed. I'll find a way to give them an out, hopefully they'll take it.
Guns? Export them out of Corp US into a state in the Republic. Then there's no jurisdiction.

If there was any one issue that could provoke a civil-like war in the US... it would be over gun confiscation.
