It may well be that the rise of BRICS is part of the globalist agenda, or one of the planned scenarious. Anyway, the programmed fall of the western societies under Marxist-Green dystopia and replacement of the white race will have its effect in the balance of power. China has been the globalists chosen country for production of consumer goods. Even some famous American brands are manufactured in China or far east, only the brand name is American. Corbet report had a report on how China was lifted up (after their destruction in opium wars) by the Usury Cabal.
