Again, this 2nd hand smoke is not about people's health, it's about the big pharmacuticals selling their meds & making billions of dollars on your tax money & using junk science & fear!The actual odds of a smoker dying from smoking before the age of 75 are about 1 in 12. In other words, 11 out of 12 life-long smokers don’t die before the age of 75 from a smoking-related disease. Smoke on the floor or walls you say, yuk yes but deadly, no. Assuming that 1% of this deadly stuff has been spread on the 10,000 square feet of surface area in a typical 2,000 sq foot house, and also assuming that your method of cleaning is to having your infant lick the kitchen floor clean once a day, the kid would have to lick the floor for one hundred trillion days to accumulate a fatal dose. That comes out to about 274 billion years. . coffee contains over 1000 chemicals, 19 of which are known to be rat carcinogens, many other plants and meats also contain these materials. Smoking reached its peak in 1950 when 80% of men smoked, and with this down to 25% asthma has risen 5 fold. Most asthma is caused by traffic and industrial pollution, especially diesel and I quote: "Traffic pollution causes genetic changes in the womb which increase a child's risk of developing asthma, research suggests. A study of umbilical cord blood from 56 children found "reprogramming" of a gene associated with exposure to compounds in traffic fumes." A study by OSHA: : 222,000 cigarettes would be required to reach the lowest published "danger" threshold for Benzoapyrene, For Acetone, 118,000 cigarettes would be required.
"Toluene would require 50,000 packs of simultaneously smoldering cigarettes.
“More than 14,000 smokers would need to light up simultaneously in our little room to reach the threshold at which they might begin to pose a danger.
OSHA has stated outright that:
"Field studies of environmental tobacco smoke indicate that under normal conditions, the components in tobacco smoke are diluted below existing Permissible Exposure Levels”

Also: Testing by Johns Hopkins University, the American Cancer Society, a Minnesota Environmental Health Department, and various researchers whose testing and report was also peer reviewed and published in the esteemed British Medical Journal......prove that secondhand smoke is 2.6 - 25,000 times SAFER than occupational (OSHA) workplace regulations:

They (big pharma) constantly make outlandish claims that people believe & why? Follow the money, see who put the study out & then do your own research.

The human organism is being attacked on EVERY level by Capitalism, sometimes (though very rarely) on purpose but mostly out of a desire to profit above the desire for care and concern.

Fluoride (as mentioned below), Nicotine, Bisphenol-A, Aspartame, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Pharmaceuticals migrating into the water supply, Hormones in Food, Antibiotics in all animal based food, GMOs, we are being attacked. The attacker isn't cloaked. It's Capitalism.

Second hand smoke? Read the evidence of nicotine tars that remain on EVERY surface, the shower curtain, the carpet, the walls, the floor, everywhere and how these microscopic molecules effect the human body. I smoke cigarettes but I'm willing to admit that my smoke, my second hand smoke and especially the remnants from my smoke are probably very deadly to everything living.

You have to understand how Nicotine works on a molecular level. It was, some time ago, the active ingredient in most pesticides. Those molecules migrate to every surface in the home of the smoker where children pick them up by putting their fingers in their mouth. Crawl on the carpet, nicotine molecules attach to the fingers, fingers in mouth place the poison in the system. Then those molecules go to work infecting the human system. Nicotine is a deadly poison and so is second-hand smoke but much, much worse than second-hand smoke is the molecular remnants of nicotine smoke. There's a great deal of scientific evidence for this.

I thought I read that Europe does not allow medicine ads on TV, is that right? If so that would be a great start if we could at least to that here in the U.S. Other than that we do need to stop their outlandish claims & make them accountable for their research. They even had laws passed just for them, that they can advertise on TV & says certain things without getting sued for it. Or they try to use fear, like the H1 flu & how we should all be vacinated. or my pet peeve, 2nd hand smoke. More non smokers are now getting lung cancer than ever before, it’s growing in numbers. (could be the chemtrails?)
France and Japan have higher life expectancy’s than Americans & they smoke much more than we do here in the U.S.
2nd hand smoke is a joke. All of it was made up so the big pharmacys could sell their gum, chantix & other medicines. Most of the studys they rely on are bad studys, and made up. In 1998 a Federal Judge (William Osteen) was shocked at the deception, arrogance & cover up of the EPA’s research on 2nd hand smoke, declaring it null & void. The abuse of scientific integrity & the faulty “scientific” outcomes have led to the deception of the American public on a grand scale.
As for secondhand smoke in the air, OSHA has stated outright that: "Field studies of environmental tobacco smoke indicate that under normal conditions, the components in tobacco smoke are diluted below existing Permissible Exposure Levels.
It’s all lies and Americans have been brainwashed for years - 2nd hand smoke is a joke!
I just get so tired of bitching & moaning about all of this fraud & wish we could do something more!

MS Drug Continues to Cause Disastrous Side Effects


In the latest blow to the controversial multiple sclerosis drug Tysabri, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has ordered a new label be put on the drug, warning that the risk of developing progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML), a rare but deadly brain infection, increases as more Tysabri infusions are received.

Natalizumab (Tysabri) first received FDA approval in November 2004, only to be pulled from the market three months later after several patients in clinical trials developed PML.

In June 2006, the FDA allowed the drug back on the market, but with strict conditions. According to those revised guidelines, Tysabri can only be administered by approved doctors at sites that register and comply with a patient-safety program.

The new action was based on reports of 31 confirmed cases of PML as of January 21, 2010.

Terrorists Attack!

A terrorist attack exactly one month after 9/11 occurred in Tampa, Florida. But these terrorists were from the FDA, state health services bureaucrats and local sheriffs. The target of this attack was two highly successful, inexpensive experimental alternative cancer clinics using aloe vera extract. Some who were responding favorably to the treatments were now cut off and effectively sentenced to death by the federal and state governments.

The Event and Circumstances

The aloe vera extract the clinics used was developed by Ivan Danhoff, MD, PhD, considered the aloe vera authority out of Texas. He was going through the bureaucratic hoops to obtain an IND (investigational new drug) status, and he was going to use the data from the clinics, attended by Dr. Daniel Mayer and nutritionist Joseph Di Stefano. They had used his aloe extract on 100 cancer victims assigned to hospice. Ninety-four of them survived with no side effects from the treatments. Overall, the clinics' recovery rate was 80 percent.

Unfortunately, they were shut down before Dr. Danhoff could submit the clinics' results. The FDA had responded to complaints from local oncologists who were losing business! Not one patient had complained. Those cancer victims were thrilled at responding favorably to treatments that cost $1200 for the duration, 25 to 40 treatments or until there was remission. Just one chemotherapy treatment costs as much or more!

During the raid, one of the patients complained, "We're all adults here on our free will. Why don't you get out of here and leave us alone?" An FDA agent replied, "This will be your last treatment!" That patient and several others were denied effective treatments over business complaints from the cancer industry!

Why Chemotherapy Fails

Researchers from the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York have published findings in the journal Cell that explain how tumor cells can re-seed and spread throughout the body after they have been removed through conventional chemotherapy, surgery, or radiation treatments. Tiny tumor cells that circulate throughout the body often begin to send out seeds to the places where the tumor originated, essentially planting the cancer back into the body.

Joan Massague and her colleagues at the Center are finding that conventional treatments leave behind malignant cells that relocate to other areas of the body to avoid being destroyed. Eventually they return as stronger and more aggressive tumors, having gathered back the worst leftover cells from the previous cancer. The result is a second cancer that is worse than the first.
