U.S. Military Changes Climate.

1) "More frequent military intervention within the country to respond to natural disasters"

Perhaps the military can be our next volunteer fire fighters on all the next wildfires in California and other places - they should be the ones cleaning the side walks of snow in the winter, and taking in the homeless and giving them some of their chow - after all; they get paid pretty good, and unless they are off to some country in the Middle East; 'they're' just a further drain on the economy and a strain on tax payers.

2) "Respond internationally, to “extremist ideologies” that may arise in regions where governments are destabilized"

Isn't that what the "Western Military Industrial Complex" did in Libya? CANADA was very instrumental in "bombing them back into the stone age" - totally changed the climate of that country - talk about "extremist ideologies" - its called DEMOCRACY.

3) "Causing instability in other countries; impairing access to food and water, damaging infrastructure, spreading disease, uprooting and displacing large numbers of people, compelling mass migration, interrupting commercial activity, or restricting electricity availability,” the Pentagon writes."

This is probably the most honest statement to come out of the PENTAGON in a long time - and is something that WALL STREET is capable of doing - they should know - after all; these are some of the very results of what typically takes place (aftermath) when WALL STREET controlled MARKETS are made to collapse - Or when the very same Military Forces, such as the Western Coalitions, invade foreign countries to "democratize" them - and it also comes as a result of the UNITED STATES being the largest, incorporated arms dealers on this planet.

'They' must be referring to countries such as; the "UNITED KINGDOM"; the "UNITED STATES"; "CANADA"; CHINA; RUSSIA.
