You repeatedly made personal attacks, we can disagree if thats what you did. It is in the end my call. Frankly this is an exact repeat of the last time you were here. I been walking on egg shells with you ever since. When I gave you the warning today you said you were going to leave rather than deal with my responsibility here as an admin. I dont accept threats even if you were one of the best people we have here.

Keisha was most likely upset by the comments you made in this (complaints/help) group about tweek. She generally had a thicker skin but I suspect she couldn't be here on the site with you anymore. But I dont know for sure.

Had you declared even a hint of responsibility and / or looked at my point of view with an open mind we may be in a different place today. But you didnt.

As a former organizer myself, I know how hard it is to get things going and how hard it is to get participation. So, when something like a complaint comes up, there is a tendency to be defensive because the person getting the complaint knows how hard he or she has worked at trying to do things right. None of us are perfect, and knowing our shortcomings only helps us do a better job.

Nevertheless, some constructive criticism is sometimes mistaken for a "complaint". So, I have a complaint and a constructive criticism bunched into one. I have been to the roundtable discussions about four times now since I've joined, and most of the discussions that I attended were spent mostly getting mic checks, changing rooms, and volume discussions. I know this chat program, "Tiny Chat" is not the best and its probably free, and it has its flaws. Yet, once the chat room is populated to the tune of 15 or 20 people, its time to have those mic checks and volume checks done with, and if the audio doesn't work for some, use texting.

This is my observation, as I see it now, the chat room is in somewhat of a disarray. People who talk talk over each other, texting goes on at the same time, and there seems to not be any semblance of order. I also noticed one evening, that there was no agenda for discussion. Chat preparations by the chatters should be done 20 minutes in advance, and hosts should be armed with their agenda. Once the chat hour starts, it should be moving along without anymore mic checks. You either can speak or you dont, and then you resort to texting. Also, texting could be slowed down some because I've seen people posting multiple posts without anyone talking to them. How can anyone keep track of whats going on with all thats happening in chat?

For those of you who I've seen organizing chat, Jen and Docsavage and others, you work hard at what you do, and we appreciate it. Please know that what I've just posted is not criticism of you, but constructive suggestions to improve an otherwise not too organized chat event.

Thanks Freeman177 we need the feedback from you all if we are to try and improve.

I will bring this up with the admins and rt host, and reply here once that's done.

Constructive suggestions are welcome and we appreciate your feedback. There's always going to be room for improvement, no matter what the task at hand is. Thank you Freeman1776!

First,I share your frustration. But I believe all you need to do is search for 12160, on most if not all search engines. 12160.tk will get you straight here now.

The idea of a name change is as of now not going to happen. Basically it was a 50/50 tie about changing or keeping it.
