I  don't  know  about  that!!  Volcanic  ash  that  spread around  the  world  from  Iceland  was  very  bad  and  it  is  floating  around  in  the  air.  Allergies  have  never  been  worse  this  year;  not  to  mention  the  lung  damage,  it  has  caused  to  Iceland  &  where  ever  the  wind  blew  it  to.

Japan  was  all  located  to  one  spot  &  radiation,  I've  been  told,  will  not  kill  you  in  small  doses.  The  clean  up  is  easier  than  an  oil  spill  as  well.  Also,  there  are  aging  Nuclear  Plants  all  over  the  United

States  and  Canada!!!  This  has  been  a  real  "Wake  Up"  call  to  all  countries.

In the article it states:

 

"-...the Ministerial Declaration issued on Monday "recognises" that nuclear accidents can have international consequences, talks of increasing co-operation between governments and regulators, and "underlines the benefits of strengthened and high quality independent international safety expert assessments".

 

International consequences like people falling over dead from Radiation Poisoning... Sheesh... I can't help but to feel they couldn't use nukes on the people because that would be too obvious and blame too easy to assign.

 

"Accidents" however are an easy way to shift responsibility on big issues. Especially if nobody is reporting precisely how BAD it truly is.
