Barclays bank caught out by the FSA and fined £290 Million!
Simply pocket change to them! they have been Fleecing the world markets for ages!

Even their Chief Exec Bob "Moneybags" Diamond has now resigned due to the Fiasco. Mmm I wonder how much he will receive in his bonus for going?  And even more banks RBS, Natwest, Etc etc, they all have their GRABBING fingers in the pot!
