I think if we could just put the Glass/Steagall of 1933 act back in place, it would solve a lot of $ problems...but then again thats about as doable as shredding that homemade Barry NDAA and Baby bush's NonPatriot Act

Ron Paul Blasts The Fed, Says It Started Financial Crisis

Congressman Ron Paul blamed the Federal Reserve for starting the financial crisis in an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal today.

Paul wrote that when the Fed adds more money to an economy it causes lower interest rates, which causes capital to be malinvested in the economy. Paul continued, writing: 

"Eventually, the economic boom created by the Fed's actions is found to be unsustainable, and the bust ensues as this malinvested capital manifests itself in a surplus of capital goods, inventory overhangs, etc. Until these misdirected resources are put to a more productive use—the uses the free market actually desires—the economy stagnates.
