There is a Form that Hildabeast should have signed when leaving the State Department, called the OF-109 Form, if she signed that, and its mandatory when you leave, the State department decides whats private, and what is theirs, out of all of the documents you had, made, copied, e-mails anything, 
if she did not disclose that she had those documents and e-mails, no matter how private she thinks they are, its a Felony. OF-109 form is the key here, somebody needs to check into this....
