Kidney--Yes, to your entire comment. Along with doing a Declaration of Domicile an Affidavit of Reservation of Rights is good too. I've been to reclaimyoursecurities.

If you have a UCC-1 recorded they can't administer your estate without your consent. I also have POA over the Legal Person(estate)(debtor) and a Security Agreement exists. The estate is no secret with me.

I need to ammend my statement below where I said, "there is a co-ordinated effort against Corp US." That sounds like we are in an active fight with them as a unit.

We are not directly against, as in trying to overthrow or crush. All we did was reinhabit what they vacated. We don't operate through deception or lies, or violence.

By Sir Alex, do you mean Alex Jones? My opinion? Alex is a buffoon. He has no viable solution.

I do not embrace sending anyone to heaven early (or hell). Neither does the Republic. Freedom from tyranny and oppression is not a philosophy. It is a right given to us by our Creator. It was not a humanitarian disaster that our founders founded when the Republic was formed. It was not a curse. The curse started later when the Republic was vacated. I suppose one could say that the curse started much earlier than that with the money changers(bankers). They are the reason for the have's and have not's.

I see the bigger picture. I might not be able to see all of it because it's so huge, but I am outside the box and sucking up all the knowledge that I can handle at any one time. I also apply solutions that work. They're not many, but they're powerful.

The Obama administration has blocked a U.N. Security Council resolution condemning Israel’s latest expansion of settlements in the occupied West Bank. Israel has announced the construction of thousands of new settlement homes following last month’s historic recognition of Palestine as a non-member observer state by the United Nations. The White House has publicly criticized Israel but has refused to take punitive action, including withholding any of the billions in annual U.S. aid. On Wednesday, each member of the U.N. Security Council, except the United States, issued statements condemning the settlement expansion after the United States refused to accept a binding resolution. In his end-of-the-year news conference, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said Israel is undermining any remote chance of Middle East peace.

Ban Ki-moon: "This is a near-fatal blow to a very fragile Middle East process, peace process. You have seen my statement in the past, how many times I have been condemning this illegal settlement. This is clearly the violation of international law, and it is a violation of Quartet guidelines, and it is obstructing — obstructing the Middle East peace process."

Bilbo, it is not possible to have a united anything - when one side or group regards the other side or group as scoungers - you need all shoulders to wheel - whether your like or not or whether they like you are not - Sometimes I listen to (Sir Alex) - and he like you preach against the very thing that he is fighting for - I live in a country that practices the very same phylosophy that you embrace - and the results is a humanitarian disaster - the (Have Not's) - have taken it on themselves to send to (Have's) to heaven early - and there are not may families - who have not had a visit from this curse - So (please) see the bigger picture!

Lloyd--I see what you are saying. Most people think that the "government" is here to help them. They believe what they are told by the MSM. Sittin' on the couch with the TV on. Especially the people who receive benefits of one type or another. They'll believe anything as long as the benefits keep flowing. Sooner or later these people will be thrown under the bus by the same gov that they worship at the present time. Those are the US citizens\persons. Americans are not US citizens. We have pulled ourselves out of the jurisdiction of The Corporation. It only takes one document. The UCC-1. If everyone in our country recorded a UCC-1 the corporate system would fall apart quickly. But I guess everyone is too scared. So nothing gets accomplished.

But there is a co-ordinated effort against Corp US. We have reseated/reinhabited the government that our founders gave us. Previously, all the corporate governors were asked to step down and vacate the buildings that belong to the Republic. The individual states have been reseated and are active. Since the corporate governors will not leave our buildings, we are getting our own buildings. Corp US is aware of us. Representatives of the dejure Republic have met with DHS, DOJ, FBI, and maybe others that I'm not aware of at the present time. They know who we are and they know we are against violence. They captured us administratively, we free ourselves administratively. Marching won't do it.

All US citizens/persons are under voluntary contract to United States Inc. It's time to change that. Stop supporting them with your tax dollars. One document will do it.

Ever seen a Sovereign in court? When done correctly the "judge" runs away. Just gotta know your stuff.

Bilbo, What I have never understood is why US / American citizens have always accepted the government view of events - (as one example - remember Kent State et al) - and all the other crimes against the people - yet apart from negroes marching to Selmar / Washington - there does not seem to be any co-ordinated efforts - aimed at informing the government that (their action(s) locally and internationally - is totally un-acceptable) - I sincerely believe that - to wish for a non-violent revolution is pipe dream - I am a little bit further along the road than you - I really hope that when you (Bilbo) get to where I am sitting at the very moment (things will take a turn for the better) - but frankly - I do not envy you - I only very sincerely wish you luck.

Kidney--Exactly right. The people have abandoned their birthright to be an American. They signed up to be US citizens under the control of the US corporation, which is under the CROWN.(Corporation) It did take them a long time to do all this. But there is a remedy. THEY supplied it!! It doesn't take long to do. For a quick fix you don't even have to do the entire "Redemption Process". The big one is the UCC-1 Financing Statement.  It separates you, the flesh and blood-living soul, from the DEBTOR. The debtor is under their control. You can take back that control with a UCC-1.

Lloyd---Semantics is how they got us in the first place. By changing definitions of words, and the way they're used, they fooled people into believing a lie. I'm 53 and I wish I would have woken up sooner. I've only been awake for about 5 years. I could have saved an entire lifetime of paying income tax. I'm a non-taxpayer now. Kinda late in the game, but I did it. I no longer support this evil system. And I have more money to utilize.

Yup, FEMA camps are here, they have been for a long time. Remember when they rounded up the Japanese-Americans? Internment camp=FEMA camp.

Feinstein has a concealed carry permit. WTH?

NDAA Indefinite Detention Provision Mysteriously Stripped From Bill

Congress stripped a provision Tuesday from a defense bill that aimed to shield Americans from the possibility of being imprisoned indefinitely without trial by the military. The provision was replaced with a passage that appears to give citizens little protection from indefinite detention.

The amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2013 was added by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), but there was no similar language in the version of the bill that passed the House, and it was dumped from the final bill released Tuesday after a conference committee from both chambers worked out a unified measure.

PhsyAmerica the basket head case - a country where they allow foreigners and people with dual citizenship to formulate their laws - and even (after 9/11) - instead of snapping out of your deep sleep - everyone took a tranquilizer - so now although some Americans are awake - they are drousey and confused - and the few folks that have been awake throughout all this criminal debacle - are the ones formulating the laws  and the whole shebang is so far gone - only acopalypse remains - the morons making these evil laws proclamations - all believe that they and only they will escape the diluge - now that is a sign of true intelligence. Sorry Bildo, things are too far gone to be dealing in semantics - it is like being up to your eyeballs in a sewar and discovering that you do not know how to swim - good luck and I really mean it - You are (presumably) a young person - I am an old (XXX) - however I (would) have liked to have left the world - better off than when I entered.

I see Conor is using the term "American". Maybe he doesn't realize there is a difference between American and US citizen. Same with when he mentions "the United States constitution". There are at least two constitutions. One is the constitution FOR the US, the other is the constitution OF the US. Again, there is a difference.

But, back to the subject of the article, I'm wondering how this affects a state(Republic) man, versus a US citizen/person. After all, don't they need to prove jurisdiction? Or does this just give them the authority to break all the rules and run roughshod over the entire continent?

The Federal Corporation is supposed to be UNDER the National government,

The National gov is supposed to be UNDER the state government,

The state government is supposed to be UNDER the people.

What happened and where is the solution?
