SEOUL, March 29 (Yonhap) -- North Korea announced Saturday that it has entered a state of war against South Korea.

In a special statement, the North's "party, ministries and other institutions" said they will deal with every inter-Korean issue in a wartime manner.

"Situations on the Korean Peninsula, which are neither in peace or at war, have come to an end," read the statement carried by the Korean Central News Agency, Pyongyang's official news agency.

It cited an emergency military meeting convened by leader Kim Jong-un on Thursday in which he reportedly approved plans for striking U.S. and South Korean targets.

Kim's "important decision" is an ultimatum to "hostile forces" and a final decision for justice, added the statement.

Wasn't he that basketball player with the Chicago "BULLS", and yes did some magor acting parts in movies with wild hair. Is it likely he had a government brief when he met with Kim Bomb but No Big Rocket...funny how it was reported years back after N. Korean test that part of Nose Cone was found in Alaska.. as in USA Western area - Coast.

Wonder what connections he had to acting background .. perhaps some lessons in between practicing those layups or Foul Shots on the court.. Actually, he could have been joined with two other Jim Jones Jonestown Massacre Survivors Whoopi Goldberg and Eddie Murphy as they all starteed their Acting together.

Let's get real... all these events if not staged then are partially controlled. The same parties are playing parts in thew shootings.. the terror drills.. the DHS big wigs, etc. etc. Try to find these people when their playing one of their other roles.

How to shut this all down.. Your child is acting up to get attention.. you know the ploy so you ignore them until they come back to reality land..

Look at our elected officials.They are a bunch of war mongers.They like war.Why do you think they give one foreign country a bunch of money and arms an military aid while at the same time giving the country they are fighting against money and mwd's and foreign aid and all? They are playing a real life game of risk. Our country is using our tax dollars to do this,our elected ones are a bunch of power tripping fools that are even using terrorist scare tactics against us.Its becoming a known fact also that our elected officials that have forgotten they are our employees are arming dhs and any other enforcement agency readying for war with us right here in our own country. Its a shame but the people have only themselves to blame for continuing to vote these scum back into office year after year after year.

Korea doesn't recognize or care about) and you also have 3 mile limit here in the U.S. but for boarding, spying or fishing in international waters, you must be beyond 12 miles or ALSO be subject to search my U.S. Military Navy or Coast Guard.(P.S.
