Confronting a continuous stream of bad news can wear out anyone. This all just becomes too much to bear and a person closes down or takes refuge in the world of illusions and fantasies created by the criminal cabal in order to maintain sanity. There are many ways to escape reality that will bring a person to mental stand still and inactivity. However, we need both to remain active and maintain sanity. We are the last generation who can do something to prevent the total loss of humanity, our children will only be the victims in case we fail.
Therefore, it is important to recognize your bad news saturation level and seek good news and do good and seek human contact to cast off the excess baggage continuously. The world is insane, and it's infectious. Here is some good news from New York.

As a matter of self-care, I REALLY try to avoid pics and evocative content. And I still am not keeping my shit together. The closest thing I can compare how I feel to is the feeling of being on acid- when you know you are tripping, but are trying to not act like it, and thinking maybe this is what is real, and not tripping is whats not real.
How are we to just go on with our day?
