Kirk, You are right in your definition. However in the current corrupt global society the words have distinct meaning for the people and for the rulers. It's much like in Orwell 1984; WAR is PEACE, IGNORANCE is POWER, and FREEDOM is SLAVERY. The meaning of "gu control" I'm referring to is the ruler's version.
