It's fair to notice here that education (not indoctrination) improves intelligence to a certain degree. However, you cannot make a stupid person intelligent, just a little smarter. Moreover, those dark red areas are so far down that any amount of education would not turn them to the average level of 100. Bring their population to higher IQ countries, racially mix them, and you get stupid population that is easier to manage. This is social engineering in practice.

Steve - I'm just saying that if one comes up with an intelligence test and determines the scoring, one is going to determine that their own ethnic group is superior to others.  Once one is the authority, no one has any standing to dispute your determinations.

Just going by personal experience way back before I knew what this pack of parasites were really about. I was a mechanic in many auto locations ( in my city life way back when) and these earcurls and ragheads were pretty damned predictable and easily out witted no matter the price they wanted a discount so automatically we would  make the price half again as much as normal give em a quarter off and they left knowing they got the better of us but more to my point when you tried to explain a problem or needed repair their eyes just glaze over their superior intellect kicks in and they say call when it's ready and leave but who am I to argue with a well known psycho-logist.

Steve - There is a reason Jews score higher:  David Wechsler was a well-known, Romanian-American psychologist from the twentieth century. He is best known for the intelligence scales he developed, which are still in use today.  David Wechsler was born on January 12, 1896, to a Jewish family in Lespedi, Romania.

I know for a fact the juw IQ in usa in misleading as our juiceses are so dumb most can't figure out the simplest of tasks anything mechanical  they won't even try but will call a guy and take credit later, they excel at scheming and "specializing" which pays more but covers their limited abilities. They are the worlds best story tellers(LIARS) spinning wild ass yarns out of thin air  in order to feed off the slightest whiff of compassion and make profit off that human emotion which they so sorely lack it's just what fkn demons do.
