One of the "indicators" is a slightly altered version of a picture popular with fans of the Grateful Dead; the guide does not note this potential source of confusion, describing it only as "common sovereign citizen imagery." http://reason.com/blog/2016/02/05/utah-fusion-center-warns-cops-watch-out

"disaffected individuals"
Does anyone actually know individuals (who aren't on drugs - be they illegal, recreational or Big Pharmaceutical) who aren't "disaffected" ?
If the feds are that afraid then they really do realize the numbers are about 500,000 to 1 in favor of real people. BY the way, "sovereign citizen" is an oxy -moron. One cannot be a sovereign and a citizen (slave). Some stupid g-man put that nonsense out there.
I see one with Lavoy Finicum's name on it. I do NOT think LaVoy Finicum is dead, or was even shot. I think he is holed up in Las Vegas with some expensive hookers.
What they are doing is telling "law enforcement" (usually deranged, low IQ, increasingly non-white psychopaths) when it comes to WHITES shoot first and ask questions later....(Don't worry...you are ALLOWED to murder WHITES with impunity...)... You may recall the story from about 2 years ago that "federal law enforcement" was using photos of Average clean cut looking White people for target practice at their gun ranges....
What a bunch of idiots, guess I better go get me a flag!

Although "no credible threats to law enforcement are present at this time," the authors still think police should be wary: "Caravans of individuals traveling to the funeral services may be comprised of one or more armed extremists. Law enforcement should remain vigilant and aware that confrontation with these potentially volatile persons, may include more than one individual. These individuals may adhere to a sovereign citizen ideology, and may not recognize law enforcement as a legitimate authority."
The report includes several "visual indicators" to help police determine whether they're dealing with "extremist and disaffected individuals." These range from images associated with specific political groups, such as the Oath Keepers and Three Percenters, to a more generic patriotic symbol, the Gadsden flag—a famous Revolutionary War banner featuring a coiled rattlesnake and the slogan "Don't Tread on Me." One of the "indicators" is a slightly altered version of a picture popular with fans of the Grateful Dead; the guide does not note this potential source of confusion, describing it only as "common sovereign citizen imagery."
