When it comes to police treating Muslim delinquents in Europe they have now adopted a new policy of "nice speech" that converts these guys to decency at record speed,... supposedly. The Swedish police has also tried giving gangs pizza and that nice speech. They also get bundle discount for repeated rapes and other crimes. Sometimes a rapist is just left on parole for some stupid reason. And that's how we are "enriched" in practice. 1984 style.
