As progressive women enter Heavy trade industries they bring their " attitude" with them, when men 'advise' them of procedure they view it as a Insult and not as guidance or instruction, the men are put down time and again, eventually they don't engage with them at all and that is where the trouble starts. When mens voice of reason is shut down serious health and safety issues present. ( even in my low key job I see it in small ways helping workers complete their ACC W.R forms, and events occurring at the time of accident or incident is astonishing as it is disturbing. )
