Invasion of US continues no shots yet fired

It appears that the criminal justice system has invaded the duty of congress to defend our nation against invasion. We are being invaded by citizens of other countries. Certain factions of US citizens, seem to falsely identify Foreign Nationals as illegal aliens. By this thinking any country can conquer the US by simply walking as many people as they wish over our borders.
