So...what happened to the all black uniforms? I believe SWAT has always worn various amounts of black. Now they are using Army uniforms. Anybody know if this is old or something new. I believe it sets the precedent for the military to be on the streets with loaded weapons. The video is called, "Tear gas forces suspected bank robber out of..." What do you think?

Nobody knows where all the money went for the tickets. The city is broke but has 7 officers for a town of under 200. The judge voided all the tickets made after a fire chief was shot by a police officer in the courtroom. Goes to show us we have to rely on ourselves before we rely on the system.

Cybersecurity Act Returns With a Fresh Coat of Paint
Commentary by Richard Esguerra
In April, we voiced serious concerns about the Cybersecurity Act of 2009, a bill by Senators Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) and Olympia Snowe (R-ME), that sought to give the federal government unprecedented power over the Internet. For months, the bill has been…

Aim for the sky I always say. The news was bad enough that the administration released the info at the same time it announced Bernake was Obama's nomination for another term in order to deflect attention. Using tactics that Bush used...sad from the man of change. Politicians...huh...what are they good for, ..absolutely nothing!

Well we knew, but crossed our fingers that this wouldn't happen. It's happening, I can't wait for all the spin to start. The article fails to mention that there are card scanners that can read a person's card from 10 feet or more away. I have no clue if protective card sleeves work or not. The cards are not secure, further they necessitate all your information being stored in one place. Way to easy for someone to learn everything about you and your life just by walking…

I wonder once we default, send the world into a depression or both which states China will decide to annex? California? So then movies will say made in China. I support tax increases and program cutting when used for the right reasons and after being thoroughly examined with other alternatives. America is ____________. (Insert word you feel is appropriate) At minimum bankrupt. Nine trillion dollars needs to be paid. The best situation we could hope for would be an exponential increase in job…

Obama is ramming his healthcare bill through the legislature. The Congressional Budget Office says that no money will be saved in the long term. We will actually loose money. Its all smoke and mirrors. Spend more money on a poor plan of action that the US cant afford, great. How many times are the citizens going to allow this to happen under the name of "reform"? Its a coup for the insurance world because the pool of customers will increase. We wont have a choice but to buy insurance or get…

California wants to install black boxes in all cars for insurance purposes. I agree with the author that the odometer is all they need. Its a waste of money and privacy to have these snooper/intel gathering devices installed. This also gives insurance companies even more power, (we know they have to much already) that they don't need. As far as I know the insurance industry is loosely regulated needing more regulation. Who knows what creative (bad) ideas they will come up with. They can share…

Great one of the assholes who is screwing with food and making it less safe is going to protect us. Sure, that will work perfectly. He would be MY first choice. I bet there will be a bigger push for genetically modified food if he is chosen. More restrictions on independent farmers also. Thanks Obama.

Cant wait until they justify these laws for when keeping us in prison. If this happens, it sets the precedent for local government. They have already been using the Patriot Act, which was supposed not to be for US citizens, on us. Thought crimes. They cant prove which one of these men will go back to fighting, so I bet they will just keep them all. Which way does America's moral compass point? I'm glad I didn't vote for him. Of course if the votes are rigged, it didn't matter if I had. Remember…

This is exactly what we were told would never happen. Be very worried when a law is passed with vague definitions and sweeping generalizations. Notice that when potential problems are brought up to our elected officials they rarely or never try to fix the problem, but tell us that that situation would not happen. The boy was also home schooled.

This is what needs to be done in your town. Get others to sign petitions in order to put fourth ballot initiatives. Showing up to a rally can only go so far. Passing laws that defy the Fed government is the only way to make it and others pay attention to you and your cause. If the idea is good other towns will follow.
