It will not stand a challenge because it removes Due Process of law via provisions for warrantless search and seizures, among other deplorable offenses to our Rights and Freedoms, and according to the Book of Criminal Procedure it is therefore of no force or effect. Tenn. Proposal Stopping Confiscation Of Guns Now Law
(AP) NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A person who legally possesses a gun would not have it seized during periods of martial rule under a proposal that has been signed into law by the governor.
