Winter Storm Vulcan to hit snow-weary Midwest, Northeast, may deliver blizzard-level wallop
The relentless winter of 2013-14 has yet another trick up its sleeve: A potent March snowstorm is forecast to blast portions of the Midwest and Northeast tonight, Wednesday and Thursday with as much as two feet of snow.
If enough snow falls, the storm could break Detroit's seasonal snowfall record and give Chicago its second snowiest winter all-time. It also could bring the heaviest snowfall of the year to Burlington, Vt., where 12-16 inches are forecast.
"The corridor from northern Illinois to northern New England has the greatest potential of being targeted by the substantial snow," according to AccuWeather meteorologist Kristina Pydynowski. The heaviest snow is likely in northern New York state and northern New England.

This is just another "HARP Engineered" storm brought by Obama who has control of the HARP button.
All these massive "record" snow storms this year are done by HARP to prove to all the naysayers that it really is Global Warming - when it's really Obama hitting the HARP button.
The Ukrainians got it right when the "earthquake" hit them this past week. They called it immediately and said "It was HARP - and told Obama to stop it - it's an act of war through a UN Treaty."

That would bring the season tally within a few inches of the snowiest winter in Detroit’s recorded history. Metro Detroit has seen 84.1 inches of snow this season. The record is 93.6 inches, set in 1880-81.
It’s late in the season (first day of spring is March 20), but Clark said that were he to guess, he’d say the record will get broken.
“We could definitely get another one,” he said, adding that Detroit’s biggest snowstorm was April 6, 1886, when 24.5 inches fell.
