Some people don't even know they are magnetic domains. Why Has There Been No Recall of this crap? Thank you for your email of 7 April 2021 requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), information relating to the legal status of the Nuremberg Code in New Zealand. Specifically, you requested:

 

I am requesting that you provide to me the current Legal Status of The Nuremberg Code… in New Zealand under current NZ Legislation.

I am advised by the Ministry of Health that the Nuremberg Code has no status in New Zealand legislation. I am therefore refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Act as the information requested does not exist. 

If you are not satisfied with my response, you have the right to complain to the Ombudsman under section 28(3) of the Act. The Ombudsman may be contacted by email at info@ombudsman.parliament.nz
