IF "OCCUPY WALL ST" DOESN'T KNOW IT'S DEMANDS...I DO

So much has been made of, "What do the protestors want?", that I just have to chime in. Some have carried signs of "End the Fed", and "We are the 99%", and "End the Wars!"

Well, to me...it's all of that and more.....

List of DEMANDS:

End the Federal Reserve Fractional Banking System

End the Fascist, Corporatistic, Form of Government....we don't have a need for it anymore!

End this Government in it's current Form! Oust Obama, and put Ron Paul in as Mediator in Cheif until true Elections can take place...No Diebold! Paper Ballots only!

Once the current form of government is gone, then so is the NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, Patriot ACT 1 and 2..

Return to the Articles of Confederation in the interim, until a MORE JUST FORM OF GOVERNMENT is actually Voted on by the people..

Call for "ODIOUS DEBT" to be placed upon the current Government and let them pay off the TARP and BAILOUTS that 96% of the people never wanted to begin with and outlaw any Corporation as being a PERSON, with it's attendant rights.

Free All non-violent drug offenders from prison, and make sure no drug is prohibited! This is essential to bring down the big Pharmaceuticals and their corporate influence, as well as guarantee that the new Government be able to issue it's own currency, pegged to it's own precious metal....such as copper, etc.

Strike down the Police Act of 1891, and dissolve all Police Departments, while at the same time require everyone to have at least one gun per household.

Jail and PROSECUTE EVERY OFFICIAL COMPLICIT in the destruction of this country, and that includes the Wall St. fatcats, whose currency will lose it's value overnight...

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR OWN LIVES AND FORTUNES and follow the FREE MARKET CAPITALISM that did make our Country great, until hijacked by Socialist, Corporate, Fascist components of change...

DUMP ISRAEL and end all foreign Wars and foreign entanglements!

BE RESPONSIBLE! BE PROACTIVE!

I missed one, sorry....Thank you Vincent.

Thank you Nikki. Thomas Paine was one of the most freedom-minded people of the era, and is only in equal by an Anti-Federalist known as Patrick Henry. Although the original Declaration has never been found; it is of a certainty in my mind that Thomas Jefferson was not it's author. The main glaring fact to me is that he was a Slave Owner, and the Author of the Declaration is clearly not. That is an argument for another day, but I so appreciate the help and supplementation and want to thank each and every one of you that was at RT last night. You are all good people and I am proud to know each of you!

Laser...ty, it's good to know that many are finally getting on the same page. Create a Govt. if you wish, but limit it to the bare bones. The Declaration of Independence was a common sense document to inspire the People to look after their own freedoms, and to abolish any Govt.  that is destructive to any and/or all of our rights to prosper, and to live among each other in peace and equality. It never mentions race, creed, religion, or anything prejudicial against the People. That is why I will always revere it, but not the Federalist form of centralized Govt. known as the CONstitution.

Peace and Love.

Yeah thats a good start for sure, I'd include banning maritime admiralty law and all other systems of law and creating a new system that needs no lawyers as it would be made simple. We need to also get rid of current intellectual property laws/ monopoly rights and come up with something that benefits the 99% not just big pharma or some movie/music association.

The slate needs to be wiped clean, 100% new start is needed and I think Articles of Confederation would work for a short time but even then government must be chained down so heavily that no American would ever again have to worry about a federal gov lording over them in any way. The state gov must be chained just as heavily with a new bill of rights (much expanded) and penalty's for breaking them that apply to all involved (Judge, Cops, Lawmakers, Governor) in the injustice.

Really the society that I seek is one very close to anarchy where we have just enough government to PREVENT governments from poping up and creating a mine field of different laws as well as to insure maximum freedom.

Davol, I will only say this once to you. Don't question my love for this country. It seems you read only what you want to read, so again pay attention:

"I do not pretend to know what is best for everyone, that is not my place, as there are more learned than I to answer that. I don't if Anarchy and self-government is best, or whether there are too many sheople that need to be herded, but I do echo the words of NEO from the end of the Matrix"

If you and Ken want to fix all the myriad holes in the CON, then step up afterwards and do so, but there must be a beginning before an afterwards. If all of the People feel they cannot govern themselves, then they need Govt., I just don't. The point is that the choice is their's to make, as well as mine.

As for you Ken, I know all about the subversion of the CON, but again, it isn't binding upon the People, only a Govt., and it must keep up with the changes that constantly take place. It is one of the Chief reasons that Thomas Jefferson stated, "The People in this country should have a Revolution every generation." (sic) That is to keep Govt. honest. If the people had listeened, the no subversion would have been possible, and proves Jefferson thought the CON was an imperfect document as well!

Also, it was the Declaration of Independence, (of which the original has never been found), that was supposedly ratified in 1776. Many think it was actually written by Thomas Payne, as do I. The CONstitution was not even ratified until 1787. I am surprised at you, at least get the historionics right. You are better than that.

AGAIN, I state, I do not know what form of Govt. is best for the People....that is for them to decide after the fact. I am just stating my preferences, but truly only advocate that a real Change is needed now to abolish the Federal Reserve, return sound monetary value, and throw off the yoke of slavery that binds each and everyone of us to the downward spiral into a Third World country!

A constitution is supposed to be the operating manual for a government. A constitution sets up the structure of the government and limits what the government can and can't do. There has been two constitutions of the United States since its inception. The original 1776 and the 1871 corporate version created from the Organic Act.

February 21, 1871 - The Organic Act of 1871 - State of Washington D.C. becomes "incorporated"; Article 1, section 8, clause 17, the 10 square miles which the legislative branch has complete authority over. They put "person" into their assets. District of Colombia (D.C.) becomes a municipal corporation with its own constitution. This created the corporate government of D.C. which acts much like the real version with corporate Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. The distinction being, incorporated United States (the new) and United States of America (the old.) This removed U.S. citizens access to the old constitution, Bill of Rights and common law.

July 28, 1868 - 14th Amendment - Section 1 - All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction there of, are citizens of the United States and of the State were they reside. "Subject to" under Blacks Law Dictionary 5th Edition means liable, subbordenent, subserviant, inferior, obedient to.

June 30, 1864 - Redefined the word "State" - Section 182 - were ever the word state is used, it shall be construed to include the territories and the District of Columbia (D.C.) This was passed in an act to provide internal revenue to support the government and for other purposes.

July 1, 1862 - Legislative branch redefined the word "person" as an individual, firm, association, partnership and corporation. This was passed as an act to provide internal revenue to support the government and to pay interest on the public debt. This was passed during the civil war.

Everyone should research Colonial Script - this is not taught in school.

I would have had no problem with the Constitution if I was a Centralist and a Federalist, but I am not. A central Govt. structure is always geared toward central power, (i.e. monarchy, oligarchy, and all the attendant ism's, especially Corporatism). It always gives rise to a Central Bank, which has plaqued this country since the Article of Confederation. Most do not pay attention to real history or even know wherefore I speak when I do of "Colonial Script". It was the very MAIN reason for the 1775 Revolution. When the King finally understood that England really couldn't afford a war of attrition, then he shifted to one of infiltration. A truly free country and society would not have adopted the English system of justice, (otherwise known as Just-Us), but this country was never free of the Masonic Doctrines brought forth from the "Old Country" and too many of the Freeholders, (landowners), were Masons and Attorns. A very few educated men determined the for of Govt. for everyone in this country that was only binding on the co-signers and never upon society as a whole. It is precisely this way today. There were never free elections then, nor has there ever been. It has been a war of resources and most of us have never been anything more than cheap  labor. I could go on all day, but it would be wasted upon those whom cannot be bothered to learn from the true history of this country. Some folls actually still believe the mass-murderer George Washington was the first President. Insane. He was only the first Primary Resident of the Federalist Constitution under the document of submission to King George, known as the "CONstitution".
