Two buses, with 96 passengers on board, were stopped this morning after officials received a bomb threat.
The two Trailway buses were heading to Denver from Salt Lake City when the Larimer County Sheriff's Office was notified about 5:15 a.m. of a bomb threat, according to the sheriff's office.
The buses, which had a scheduled stop in Fort Collins, were rerouted to The Ranch, at I-25 and Crossroads Boulevard, where the passengers got off.
"A 66-year old man who boarded the bus in Salt Lake City was taken into custody," the sheriff's office said in a media release.
The Larimer County Bomb Squad deployed a bomb robot and x-rayed all luggage on the buses but didn't find a bomb or evidence of a bomb
