INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A federal investigation into human experiments on veterans has revealed numerous violations.
The inspector general for veterans affairs released the findings Friday, saying many veterans were not told about the possibility of suicidal thoughts as they were tested with the anti-smoking drug Chantix.

Indiana Congressman Steve Buyer, a member of the VA House Committee, asked for the formal investigation last year and is now angry at the findings, saying they are "disappointing and unacceptable these longstanding problems continue."
The IG sent inspectors to Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis. Compliance at Roudebush was in order.
