Climate Talks Suspended After Mass Walkout
Talks have been suspended at the Copenhagen climate change summit after developing countries walked out.
The main sessions of the UN conference were halted after the protest, which was led by African countries and backed by the G77 group of developing nations.
They accused developed countries of trying to back out of the Kyoto Protocol on carbon emissions.
The group refused to continue negotiations unless talks on a second commitment period to the treaty were given priority over broader discussions on a "long-term vision" for action on climate change.

Talks at the UN climate summit resumed on Monday afternoon after protests from developing nations forced a suspension.
But talks have been limited to informal consultations on procedural issues, notably developing countries' demands for more time on the Kyoto Protocol.
The G77/China bloc, speaking for developing countries, said the Danish hosts had violated democratic process.
