2/3 of Americans believe that ISIS will strike America, but not CNN.

CNN: "Despite the impression you may have had from listening to U.S. officials in recent weeks, the answer is probably not really."

U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, for example, told CNN's Jim Sciutto on Wednesday, "We are aware of over 100 U.S. citizens who have U.S. passports who are fighting in the Middle East with ISIL forces."

But then even though the Secretary of Defense has impeccable credentials and has first hand knowledge of everything when it comes to terror throughout the world the Pentagon soon corrected Hagel's comment, saying the 100 count is the total number of Americans fighting for any of the various groups fighting in Syria.

Plus Matthew Olsen, the director of the National Counterterrorism Center the government office tasked with assessing terrorist threats  also confirmed that 100 is the total count of the various Americans fighting in Syria and not a count of those fighting for ISIS.

Sorry but I don't believe this crapola.   ISIS has said point blank to the world they will strike the US.  They don't need 1000 followers in in the US in order to carry this out.  Pick a few areas dear to the US people set a date with the most impact, and do your dirty deed.  The impact would be devastation to the public's sense of security.  This is what ISIS wants.  They don't care if they only have enough ISIS followers in the US to count on two hands.  They only care about the impact of such a magnitude that would bring the US to it's knees.

ISIS threat to U.S. mostly hype

I agree, it doesn't take much to terrorize people.
