shackles have never happened before, except very violent criminals, But then the Lefties got in, and it all changed. and as you know The first thing they did was provoke Aus Govt, without remorse. People got ousted, goneburger. Citizen stuff puffed up and exploded in their house of govt. (-In Another Country ! can you believe it.) Leftie govt. Insane. So I guess its not unreasonable for any govt to cuff up Anyone for any reason, from that foreign power that set out to, and did, disrupt their duly elected Govt. I can understand, even if no crime was committed, people from that place would be sent back Pronto .
