Ok I read a good chunk of it. My summary: Internet = DOOM
Suxh as this clip: cybersecurity risks pose some of the most serious economic and national security challenges of the 21st Century.
DOOM!
Obviously to those of us in the know, the only true threat the net poses is to the powers that be. So good for you folks they are scared of you, exposing their lies and treachery.
