We have a problem here in America. Things are allowed to be said that are intentionally inflammatory. They are repeated from one TV news outlet to the next verbatim as 90% of US social media and news agency broadcasting is owned by only 6 major corporations and those entities are heavily funded by foreign investors not friendly to American values. To make matters worse former leftist Democrat political leaders now become TV show hosts and they are not professional journalists. They are paid propagandists! Spin doctors with an agenda, and that is to sell their political bias to the dumbed down viewing audience using every Marxist tactic in the book.

Invoking negative emotions

If you know anything about human nature then you know how flawed it is. People have short memories, bad attention spans, and are willing to accept self-destructive behavior as the norm. In politics it is the very art of exploiting these character flaws through character assassination using lies and half-truths, using repeated false narratives to influence opinions, and incendiary rhetoric to appeal to people’s emotions through anger! This incendiary rhetoric invokes hatred and division within a society. It divides fellow countrymen into diametrically opposed factions that can be provoked into rioting and worse yet voting for the worse possible political choice that will ensure the general decline of the nation. The agendas are clear but never spoken outright. Those who stand to gain whether it causes death destruction, supply shortages, and an unaffordable cost of living, will be the ones who contribute millions to the wrong political party.

Lighting a powder keg

What is the end result in all this? How do the continual false narratives that exploit emotion and conflict affect the fragile minds of the unhinged, the poorly educated, the indoctrinated, and the low information voters? You will achieve exactly what you want if you are targeting psychological weakness in the population. You will alter public opinion and get two assassination attempts in the span of two months! Something unthinkable just a few short years ago, but if you expose enough people to a train of thought suddenly the fruition of your efforts pays off in stripping people of their decency and hesitance to commit murder because they now feel that they have a moral obligation to interdict a potential dictator so assassination becomes a palatable option! You have now created exactly what you set out to create-a climate of self-righteous murder of a perceived threat. Now you may have thousands of potential assassins within the opposing party of conditioned low information voters. The mass psychosis you desire. All it took was words. Words of hatred, false allegations and deceit.

Are we really that civilized? No

It is more than possible in this age of so-called information in a so-called civilized society to condition people’s thinking into being able to justify killing the best candidate for the job, just lie about the man 24/7 on Cable TV, on the radio, in the newspapers, or in public protests while censoring opposing voices of reason, without the protection of objective fact checking, and you have the perfect scenario for eliminating truth, reason, and sanity so that your corrupt Manchurian Candidate can take office and plunge your society into subterfuge and lawlessness just as the Democrats have done to America invoking their brand of mass psychosis. Unless you define being civilized to moral responsibility and civil accountability, you are merely using make up to cover the scars of deep social problems that are easily exploited by provocateurs and collectivists just waiting to jump in and topple that nation.
