The guy is probably just an idiot but I have to wonder if maybe it's a test to see how far they can lift the veil off of the occasional veiled racism on Fox and maybe stir the pot for a divide and conquer race conflict. If so they'll probably have a white racist teamed up to debate a black racist at some point in the near future even if it's not on this particular show. If I could stomach Fox enough to watch it instead of just seeing occasional clips I'd watch for it.
