After  just  seeing  "Runaway  Jury"  on  TV  I'm  not  quite  sure  what  to  say  about  this.  But  at  least  it  wasn't  someone  that  has  a  vendetta  against  his  former  employer  &  Takes  a  gun  into  the  office  -  shoots  dozens  of  people  and  then  turns  the  gun  on  himself.  Shooting  the  person  taking  the  S.U.V.  went  off  as  planned  but  his  injuries  made  him  possibly  pass  out  &  crash.  So  where  is  the  logic.  He  could  still  possibly  be  charged.  So  what  is  the  damned  difference  if  the  gun  Laws  are  very  lax  in  the  U.S.  and  shouldn't  be!!!  He  shot  some  one  and  had  his  S.U.V.  stolen  and  smashed  up  -  he  lost  both  ways.

Want to be that the would-be carjacker grew up without a father? Look at the statistics coming from Detroit:

Of the 16,729 babies born in Detroit in 1997, 13,574 were black, 1,679 were white and 817 were Hispanic. Seventy-one percent were born to unmarried mothers. This

compared with a state average of 33 percent and a 50-city average of 43

percent."

Justifiable homicide; no charges.  Finally the country is coming to grips with self-defense.
