The undersigned buyers hereby offer to buy the real property situated in__Boone_County_ , Iowa, and locally known

Subject to and together with any reasonable easement, zoning restriction, restrictive covenants, and mineral reservations of record, if any, and agree as follows:
Purchase Price: The purchase Price shall be $_See addendum A-1, and the method of payment as follows: $ See addendum A-2 with this offer and the balance of the purchase price as designated below:
Closing and occupancy to be on or about: November 1st 2014 after approval of title and prior to occupancy.
Taxes: The Buyers shall pay all real estate taxes that are liens for prior years and all those that are due and payable in the fiscal year in which possession is given. The Sellers shall pay their pro-rated share, based upon date of possession of the real estate taxes for the fiscal year in which possession is given due and payable in the subsequent fiscal year. The Buyers shall be given credit for such pro-ration at closing based upon the last known actual real estate taxes payable according to public record.
Condition of the property: AS IS. The Buyers shall NOT be permitted to make an inspection prior to close.
Termite Inspection: AS IS
Included Property: Included property shall be all fixtures that integrally belong to, are specifically adapted to are a part of the real estate.

ADDENDUM TO THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
SELLER: Mr. and Mrs. Homeowner

The following additional terms and conditions are hereby incorporated into the above described Purchase Agreement:
A-1: Price will be determined by The Housing Advisory Board. This Board will consist of 8 members.
4 Members appointed by Mrs. Homeowner
4 Members appointed by Mr. Homeowner
A-2: Closing costs, Interest Rate, and down payment will be decided by real-estate agent: Sue P.
A-3: Buyer must turn over all financial information and Bank accounts to accountant for automatic debit of house payments.
Account shall also decide amount of monthly payments every year, beginning on the 1st of November 2009 and every year after.
Account may at anytime Buyer has enough money take the full payment of this contract.

WHO WILL BE THE FIRST TO PURCHASE THIS HOME?
If you would not sign to buy this home than you should not have and must not again vote yea for this health care bill. Once signed both do the same thing. Put the lawmaking into the hands of those you have no control over to do what they want and make the rules and laws they see fit. Once signed or a yea vote all power is out of your hands.
You are the elected lawmaker by the people for the people , under the constitution , that you have sworn an oath to uphold! This Bill, as DOES, the home sale contract leaves all the choices and laws TO unelected , non-federal appointees by those who will benefit most by this bill.
The power to make laws is not yours to give away, but to honor and serve the people of the United States of America, who gave money , time and their vote to elect you for the purpose of REPRESENTING THEIR INTRESTS. NOT THE PRESIDENTS , NOT THE PARTY, AND SURELY NOT YOUR OWN OR SPECIAL INTRESTS.
In order to uphold your sworn oath to your constituents, you MUST search your soul and ask if putting all the power of lawmaking after this bill is law into others hands who were NOT elected is the moral, constitutional and right thing for those you were sent to represent. If your answer is a YES, than I expect you also to sign the home purchase agreement.
Americans this is what the Bill really does : Takes all the lawmaking abilities from those who were placed in their seats , with powers given them by the founding fathers in the constitution and gives it to UNELECTED , APPOINTED PEOPLE , WHO DO NOT HAVE YOUR INTEREST IN MIND!
