The highly skilled Federale Machete is hired by some unsavory types to assassinate a senator. But just as he’s about to take the shot, he notices someone aiming at him and realizes he’s been set up. He barely survives the sniper’s bullet, and is soon out for revenge on his former employers, with the reluctant assistance of his old friend Cheech Marin, who has become a priest and taken a vow of nonviolence. If you hire him to take out the bad guys, make sure the bad guys aren’t you!

This is what happens when you make a movie out of a trailer, instead of the other way around, It sucks. This was originally a teaser trailer in one of the "Grindhouse" movies by Quentin Tarantino. He has definitely done much better film directing in the past. So glad I did not have to pay to see this.

Wow, even if you take out the race war elements this has got to be the worst big budget movie I have ever seen. How does a director manage to elicit such crappy acting from an all star cast that includes Robert De Niro? I suspect maybe it's done in the editing room where only the worst takes available are lovingly sewn together to produce pure shit.
As for the script, I'd give it a thumbs up if it had been produced by some high school kid and posted on Youtube, but unfortunately this is Hollywood.
Final analysis: Even if you pirated this movie you got ripped off. You'll never get back the time you spent watching this garbage.
