The Washington Navy Yard shooter believed he was being subjected to an “ultra low frequency attack” and left an electronic note saying this was “what I’ve been subject to for the last 3 months, and to be perfectly honest that is what has driven me to this,” the FBI revealed Wednesday.
Aaron Alexis, 34, a computer technician for a private Navy contractor, killed 12 people and wounded four others in the Sept. 16 rampage as he fired a sawed-off Remington 870 Express shotgun in which he had etched several statements, including “End to the torment!”
The FBI also released video and still photographs from Building 197 at the Navy Yard, including scenes of Alexis in a dark blue-and-white shirt and dark trousers, wielding the shotgun as he roamed down hallways and stairwells in search of victims.

Damn, typos. Where is the edit button?
Low and high frequency sound harrassment for purposes of mind control or just wearing someone down. This so called "EMF" engraving is a crock. It is not even remotely believable. That Aaron Alexis was assigned such a shot up also is possible. That sure3 looks like Aaron Alexis standing justr outside the door to the store front where the second bomb was detonated at the Boston marathon moments later. "Dead men tell no tales." is the motto of the Skull and Bones crowd and this guy may well have been needed to be silenced. See the Pete Santelli interview with Larry Nichols of Bush/Clinton cabal infamy. See how this guy does such murdering projects on the streets of America, and with even less sense of direction, and is NEVER arrested because he works for the Bush/Clinton criminal cabal. He is on the level. And loose to do it again.
UPDATE 4:20 pm: The Greenfield, Indiana Daily Reporter and multiple other media outlets are reporting that on Aug. 18, Alexis stopped off at a Buddhist Temple and asked to stay the night, but was told only monks could stay there. When asked why he would not go to a hotel, Alexis told them it was because he was hearing noises and voices in his head. Alexis practiced Buddhism and was reportedly very polite.

Following reports that suspected Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis had called police just weeks before the mass shooting in D.C. to claim he was the victim of gangstalking and a target of microwave energy weapons that left him hearing voices and unable to sleep, now reports are surfacing that the military contractor had carved “My ELF Weapon” and “Better off this way” into the stock of his shotgun prior to the shootings.
