New Police Service - Symbolic Arrests
Berkeley Police Department in Canada is offering symbolic arrests. They don't specify if it applies to patriots, Trump supporters, or just to the left wing bought demonstrators.
The link was working today, but who knows when they take it down or wipe out the symbolic arrest part. Who knows how much of the arrests are already of this kind. This world is a circus, with the clowns, bearded women, brute force as well as skillful manipulation of the masses.

Sounds more like they are offering themselves out as private strippers for bachelorette parties. That would explain the true failure of a 'government enforcer' and the pure, but serious joke manifested as a 'police department'.
