Obama, as is typical of his style, spewed a certain amount of inane
ado about the failures of BP leading up to the Gulf disaster. And that
was it! He more quietly mentioned to his confidantes that the Gulf
catastrophe would not dampen his plans for a massive increase in
offshore oil drilling. That's the way he is about everything. No
matter how long the wars in the Mideast drag on, he very quietly has
made it clear to confidantes that he will not withdraw American troops
or shut down military bases that are now installed in Iraq,
Afghanistan, Pakistan, at any time within the space of his hoped for
two terms.

In some ways, he fits the definition of a fanatic. There probably is
no kind of disaster that would deter him from following his
militaristic imperialism or his ongoing policies to favor the banking
and industrial institutions of Amerika. This stance surely is that of
a fanatic. Right now Obama is the most dangerous person in the world.
He has left the nation open to still another banking crisis along with
an environmental catastrophe that could theoretically deeply affect
both this nation and Europe.

To cover up the truth about the Gulf disaster, his administration is
already covering up the real possibilities as to how bad the ongoing
lust for oil could become for this nation. Obama is quietly ignoring
urgent warnings by five different investigative panels created by the
National Academy of Science. Among many of the urgings of the five
panels are strong recommendations for stiff taxes on carbon emissions.

One panel concluded there is no longer any doubt that human activity
is causing global warming. The panel also concluded that the year 2009
was the warmest year in the history of the world! So what does our
president have to say about these warnings? Nothing. What does he
propose to do? Well, he assured us while campaigning that 'clean coal'
is waiting in the wings and we need not worry anymore about the
massive pollution created by the industrial burning of coal. Since
then, he has not added to that absurd promise.

Recent scientific panels of the National Academy of Sciences have now
calculated the potential rising levels of the oceans by the end of
this century. They have concluded there is a real possibility the
oceans will rise FIVE FEET by the time a new generation has reached
old age. The year 2009 saw a worldwide increase in temperatures that
exceeded every increase in the history of the world!

While the Republicans were boasting that some freak snowstorms proved
that global warming did not exist, the hottest year in the history of
the world was taking place. And what did our president have to say
about this? Why did he not grab the chance to knock down the GOP
jubilation over an odd winter storm? His silence about global warming
is shocking. Of course, we know why. He will not even mention global
warming because that would offend his buddies in ruling industrial
class.

Cap and trade was actually being discussed when Obama managed to get
that debate shoved aside in Congress. Will it reawaken now that the
healthcare reform debate has now ended with a disastrous Frankenstein
set of laws?

This nation has done everything it could to destroy little Cuba for
becoming a socialist state. Now a catastrophe for Cuba is possible
because our president okayed a one year speed up in the fitting of an
oil well pump in the Gulf. A proper safety system would have taken
another 12 months to finish, and Obama wanted a speed up of drilling,
so he okayed the installation of a crappy, two bit system that soon
blew apart.

Not only is Obama not a conservationist, he is a destroyer. We can
only hope he is defeated when he runs for a second term.
